How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We typically have a 5-7 business day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this, your package will be shipped to you as follows: Worldwide: 10-30 days. PLEASE NOTE: Due to health pandemic, orders may take longer to arrive.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 4-7 business days.

Why is my tracking number not displaying any information?

Depending on the Shipping Carrier used, Tracking Numbers generally take a few days to register into the delivery system to display Delivery information. Check back in a few days for updated information.

Is shipping really Free?

Yes, shipping is Free to the US and most International countries unless otherwise indicated.

I ordered multiple items but I received only one.

Do not worry, you will receive everything you ordered. We work with multiple different suppliers located worldwide, thus items are sent separately. The shipping delay between the items you ordered is maximum a week.

Will I have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, however there may be certain exceptions depending on your location and value of purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Amazon Pay, debit and other credit cards. No Paypal Account is Required when you pay through PayPal.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

Security is one of our main core values and in order to guarantee that our website is SSL Encrypted, our back end system is protected by Shopify, and we use Paypal to guarantee your privacy and safety. We also protect ourselves against fraudulent transactions using risk models and we won’t process your order until we can confirm that your payment information is legit and accurate. Do you store my credit card information?

All payments are securely done via PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shopify therefore we NEVER store or have access to your sensitive personal information.

I am unhappy with my order, can I place a refund?

All sales transactions are final.

In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state. You must submit photo and/or video evidence within reasonable doubt to our support team to be eligible for a refund. Once evidence is received and verified, you may ship the product back to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide you to be eligible for a full Refund or we can send you a free replacement.
